Seafood: The Flavors of Mexico

My mother is Mexican and my dad is African American. I was raised primarily under a household that adopted southern hospitality and tradition because of its' prevalence in Northwest Florida. Recently, I've craved a deeper understanding of Mexican traditions, flavors, and ingredients. Reading Bricia Lopez and Javier Cabral's book "Oaxaca" has inspired me to push more into the flavors of Mexico and let them shine unapologetically through my food.
